My "Eat, Pray, Love", before I knew what it was.
About 12 years ago, I began to gently and patiently explore how to create the life I really wanted.
My journey took me many places. First stop was an honest look inside myself, then 3 years in the Peace Corps in Macedonia.
I learned a new language, ate some of the best food of my life, met and made many new friends and had lots of fun along the way.
I am now back in the States using my education and professional background to life coach and speak to folks, just like you, to help them create the life of their dreams.
I am happier than I have ever been, more adventurous than I ever knew, and more laid back than I ever thought possible.
This blog is a part of that journey. I share what I enjoy, what I have learned, what I’m discovering and what lies ahead.
