Time for a Photo Break

Lots of ideas, articles, books and projects swirling around in my head. I can’t seem to focus on a topic for today’s post. So, I decided not to try. Instead of writing, I browsed through my photos . . .

Here’s what I see when I walk out the door.

Front yard, Florida

When I have coffee with friends.

Pelican Pete

Food and drink I miss.

Eggplant Macedonia Style

Homemade Macedonian cold komat, which tastes even better than it looks, if you can imagine such a wonderful thing.

Risto's Guest House homemade breakfast, again - delicate and delicious sweet kifli.

Scenes I replay often in my mind.

Home on one of the oldest streets in USA; it's in Philadelphia.

Another beauty; both photos taken in late July, 2010.

On a street in Ohrid, Macedonia in September 2010.

A door in the hilltop village of Elshani, near Ohrid, Macedonia, 2010.

Wheel barrels at an open archaeological dig in Ohrid, Macedonia, 2010.

Hmm, going to make a cup of cappuccino and then get back to work. If you are not quite ready to return, here are a few more photos. Either way, enjoy.
